Sweet Earline's offers made-to-order cookies for birthdays, showers, weddings, graduations, celebrations, corporate events, and other special occasions.

 

Our cookies are available as hand-decorated royal icing cookies or edible printed image cookies. The decorating method is determined by Sweet Earline's based on the submitted design, level of detail, production requirements, and the best method for achieving a polished final result.

Our hand-decorated cookies are finished with royal icing and are best suited for designs featuring:

Edible Printed Image Cookies​

Edible printed image cookies feature professionally printed edible artwork applied to an iced cookie base.

​

This decorating method is best suited for:

• Detailed logos

• Characters

• Photographs

• Intricate illustrations

• Branded Artwork

• Designs that cannot be accurately recreated with hand-piped icing alone

Some designs may be completed using a combination of edible printed image elements and royal icing.

Decorating Method​​

Sweet Earline's will determine the most appropriate decorating method after reviewing the submitted design inspiration.

Depending on the design, the final cookie may include:

• Royal icing only

• Edible printed image elements

• A combination of edible printed images and royal icing

This allows us to maintain the intended look while producing a polished and cohesive finished design.

How to Place an Order​

1. Submit an Order Request

Complete the Cookie Order Request Form and provide as much information as possible, including:

• Requested pickup date

• Quantity

• Cookie flavor

• Theme or occasion

• Color preferences

• Requested wording

• Design inspiration images

Submitting an Order Request Form does not confirm an order or reserve a date.

2. Request Review

Sweet Earline's will review the request for:

• Availability

• Design feasibility

• Production requirements

• Quantity

• Appropriate decorating method

We may contact you if additional information or clarification is needed. 

 

3. Invoice and Confirmation

Approved requests will receive an invoice by email. ​​

Please review the invoice carefully before submitting payment. Your order is officially confirmed and added to our production calendar once payment is received. 

 

4. Production and Pickup

Once payment has been received, production will begin according to the confirmed order details. 

The confirmed pickup date cannot be changed after the order has been finalized.

Standard Order Guidelines

​

Standard cookie orders include orders of up to six dozen cookies.

• Orders must be placed in full-dozen quantities.

• A minimum of two weeks' notice is required.

• Orders may include up to six designs.

• One flavor may be selected per dozen.

• Design quantities will be distributed as evenly as possible.

• Approved orders requested with fewer than two weeks' notice may be subject to a $20 rush fee.

• Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received.

• Availability is not guaranteed until the order has been confirmed. 

 

Orders of seven dozen or more require a minimum of 30 days' notice and must be submitted through the Large Order Request Form

Gluten-Free Option

Gluten-free vanilla shortbread is available for an additional $5 per dozen.

Because Sweet Earline's operates in a kitchen where wheat, dairy, eggs, peanuts, and other allergens may be present, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens or cross-contact.

Design Inspiration

Design inspiration helps us understand the overall look and direction of your order.

​

Clients should provide clear images showing their preferred:

• Theme

• Colors

• Characters

• Logos

• Lettering

• Decorative elements

• Overall style

Inspiration images are used as visual references only. Sweet Earline's does not guarantee an exact reproduction of another decorator's work.

Final designs may vary based on:

• Cookie size and shape

• Available materials

• Color interpretation

• Decorating method

• Production requirements

• The decorator's artistic interpretation

Detailed characters, photographs, logos, and intricate artwork may require edible printed image elements.

Packing Options

Cookies are individually heat-sealed for freshness.

​

Available packaging options include:

• Standard individual packaging

• Custom bows: $4 per dozen

• Custom tags: $4 per dozen

• Three-cookie favor boxes: $17 per dozen boxes

• Six-cookie gift boxes: $15 per dozen boxes

Packaging availability should be confirmed when the order is reviewed.

 

Pickup Information

Local pickup is available by appointment during the following hours:

• Monday through Friday: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

• Saturday: 8:00 am - 10:00 am

• Sunday: Closed

Clients should call the business number upon arrival or if there is an unexpected delay.

The confirmed pickup date cannot be changed once the order has been finalized.

 

Storage Instructions

Cookies are individually heat-sealed and may generally be stored at room temperature for one or two weeks.

​

For longer storage, place the sealed cookies inside an airtight container and refrigerate or freeze them.

​

Allow frozen cookies to thaw completely while still sealed to help prevent condensation from affecting the decoration.​
