How Ordering Works

    Please take a moment to review our lead times, pickup information, and policies before submitting your order 

    request

2. Submit Your Order Form

    Complete the Custom Cookie Order Form with your event details, design preferences, and inspiration images

3. Invoice & Confirmation

    We'll review your request, confirm availability, and send a Square invoice with your order details.

4. Secure Your Date

    Orders are officially confirmed once payment is received

​Design Information

Custom cookies are handcrafted and created using artistic interpretation based on the information and inspiration provided.​

To help us design cookies that match your vision:

• Provide 2 - 4 inspiration images when possible

• Clearly describe your preferred color palette

• Let us know if there are any colors you do not want used

• Share the most important design elements (name, age, theme, etc.)

Exact replication of inspiration images is not guaranteed due to the handmade nature of decorated cookies

All final design details will be listed on your invoice for review prior to production.

Order Details & Pricing

• ​One cookie flavor may be selected per dozen

• Up to six (6) designs styles per order

• Edible image designs (logos, characters, photos) include a $5 per dozen up-charge

• Cookies are individually heat sealed for freshness and presentation

Standard Pricing: Starting at $50 per dozen

Final pricing varies based on design complexity, size, and special techniques

Lead Time & Availability

• Standard Orders (1 - 6 dozen): Minimum 2 weeks' notice required

• Large Orders (7+ dozen): Minimum 30 days' notice recommended

• Rush orders may be accepted depending on availability and include a $20 rush fee.

Submitting an order request does not guarantee availability until payment is received.

Pickup, Courier & Shipping

Local Pickup -- Rockville, MD

Pickup is available during designated pickup hours provided upon confirmation

Courier Pickup

Clients may arrange courier services (Uber Package, Courier companies, etc.) Sweet Earline's is not responsible for handling once the order leaves our possession.

Shipping

UPS shipping is available for select orders. Sweet Earline's is not responsible for carrier delays or damages once shipped.
