​Design limit

each order may include up to six (6) unique designs.

if you'd like more than six (6) designs, please reach out before placing your order so we can discuss availability and timeline options.

Lead time

Our baking calendar fills quickly!

A minimum of two (2) weeks' notice is required for orders under five Dozen.

for larger or more detailed orders, we recommend placing your order at least 3 - 4 weeks in advance of your event date to ensure we can accommodate your request.

rush requests

Need cookies sooner? rush orders may be accepted on a case-by-case basis depending on our current production schedule. 

a $20 rush order fee applies to any order needed with less than two (2) weeks notice, if our schedule allows.

order confirmation & payment

once your request is submitted, we'll review the details and confirm availability via email.

Orders are officially confirmed and added to our calendar upon receipt of payment. your order is not finalized until payment has been made in full by the specified due date.

Pick-Up, Courier or Shipping Options

We offer convenient options to receive your order:

1. Local Pick-Up from our Rockville, MD Location during designated hours

2. Courier Pick-Up - clients may arrange a courier such as UBER Package Delivery, Couriers DC, Or Washington Express to Collect their order. please provide the driver's name, vehicle license info, and estimated pick-up time.

3. UPS Ground Shipping - Available for select cookie sets; each cookie is individually sealed in an air-tight cellophane bag for freshness.

*Note: We do not offer personal delivery services, but we'll gladly coordinate with your chosen courier for a smooth handoff.
