Common Questions
How far in advance should I place my order?
Standard orders (1–6 dozen) require at least two weeks’ notice.
Large orders (7+ dozen) typically require 30 days’ notice to allow for planning and scheduling.
We recommend booking as early as possible, as availability is limited.
Do you offer delivery?
We offer local pickup in Rockville, MD during designated pickup hours.
Clients may also arrange courier pickup services if needed.
Shipping is available for select orders.
Can you match a specific design or inspiration photo exactly?
Custom cookies are handcrafted and created using artistic interpretation based on the information and inspiration provided.
While we make every effort to reflect your requested theme and overall aesthetic, exact replication of inspiration images is not guaranteed.
Providing multiple inspiration images and clear color preferences helps us achieve the best results.
How many designs can I include in my order?
Standard orders may include up to six (6) unique designs per order.
If you need more variety or a larger quantity, please submit a Large Order request.
How are the cookies packaged?
All cookies are individually heat-sealed in clear cellophane bags to maintain freshness and presentation. This packaging is ideal for events, favors, and gifting.
How long do the cookies stay fresh?
Cookies remain fresh for up to two weeks at room temperature when stored in a cool, dry place away from heat and sunlight.
They may also be refrigerated or frozen for longer storage.
When is payment due?
Orders are confirmed and added to our calendar once payment is received.
Submitting an order form does not guarantee availability until your invoice is paid.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
Please review your invoice carefully before payment to ensure all details are correct.
Once production begins or an order has been completed, changes cannot be made.
What if I have a specific color palette?
We encourage clients to describe their preferred colors clearly and share inspiration images whenever possible.
If there are colors you do not want used, please include that information in your order form.
Do you offer corporate or large event orders?
Yes! We love working on corporate events and large celebrations.
