Ordering Basics

How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend placing your order at least 3 - 4 weeks in advance of your event date.

A minimum of two (2) weeks' notice is required for orders under five (5) dozen.

Larger or more detailed orders may require additional lead time to ensure quality and scheduling availability.

How many designs can I include in one order?

Each order can include up to 6 unique cookie designs.

If you'd like more than 6 designs and need multiple themes, please contact us before submitting your order so we can discuss availability and scheduling options.

Can I place a rush order?

Rush orders may be accepted on a case-by-case basis depending on our production schedule.

A $20 rush order fee applies to any order needed with less than two (2) weeks' notice, if our calendar allows.

Pickup, delivery & shipping

Where do I pick up my order?

Orders are available for pickup in Rockville, MD, during the following times: 

Mon - Fri: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Sat: 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM

Full pickup details and instructions are provided upon payment confirmation.

Do you offer delivery or shipping?

We do not offer in-person delivery. UPS shipping is available for an additional fee. Please note that Sweet Earline's is not liable for carrier damages or delays once shipped.

Payment & confirmations

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments can be securely made through the Square order invoice provided upon ordering.

We accept credit, debit, and Cash App payments.

How do I confirm my order?

Once your order request is submitted, we'll review the details and confirm availability via email.

Orders are officially confirmed and added to our baking calendar upon receipt of payment.

Orders are not finalized until payment has been made in full by the specified due date on your invoice.

Do you require a deposit?

Most orders are paid in full at the time of booking.

For large or specialty orders placed well in advance, a deposit may be requested at our discretion.

Any remaining balance will be due by the payment date listed on your invoice. 

What happens if I don't pay by the due date?

Because we're a small business with limited production slots, unpaid orders are not guaranteed and may be released if payment is not received by the invoice due date.

Cancellations & Refunds

Do you offer refunds and cancellations?

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once payment has been received.

If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible -- we'll do our best to accommodate changes depending on how far your order has progressed in production.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds for credit, debit, or Cash App purchases may take up to 7 - 10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?

Yes! For quantities over five dozen or company - branded cookies, please email us directly at sayitwithasweet@sweetearlines.com for a custom quote.

Do you offer discounts?

We proudly offer a 10% military discount with valid ID.
