Fall brings plenty of reasons to celebrate, and we're excited to help make yours a little sweeter!
From Halloween gatherings and Thanksgiving tables to birthdays, showers, and corporate events, custom cookies add a personal touch to every occasion.
Here's what's new at Sweet Earline's this season.
🍎 A Seasonal Favorite: Apple Cookies
Our apple cookie flavor is available through Monday, November 30, 2026! If you're looking to bring a taste of fall to your next celebration, this seasonal offering is a delicious way to do it.
Be sure to request Apple Cinnnamon Spice flavor when submitting your order.
🗓️ Plan Ahead for Fall & Holiday Celebrations
Please keep our minimum lead times in mind when planning your order:

Standard Orders: At least two weeks

Large Order Requests: At least 30 days
We encourage your to submit requests even earlier for holiday events to allow time to review your design and confirm availability.
Your order is confirmed once the required invoice payment is received. Submitting an order request alone does not reserve your date.
⏱️ Updated Rush Order Fees
Requests made within the minimum lead times listed above are considered rush requests. If accepted the following additional fees apply:

Standard Orders with less than two weeks' notice: $25

Large Order Requests with less than 30 days' notice: $50
Rush requests are evaluated individually based on our schedule, order size, and design requirements. Any applicable rush fee will be included on your invoice in addition to the cost of the cookies.
Submitting a rush request does not guarantee availability or acceptance.

🎨 AI Cookie Designs: Inspiration & Realistic Expectations
AI-generated images can be a fun way to explore cookie designs, colors, and themes. However, a digital image may show details that are difficult - or impossible - to reproduce on an actual cookie.
An AI design may include unusually shaped cookies, extremely fine lettering, intricate raised details, or finishes that don't translate the same way to icing and edible art. The final result also depends on the cookie's size and shape, our available cutters, and the decorating method used.
We welcome AI images as inspiration. When submitting one, please tell us which elements matter most to you, such as the colors, wording, pattern, or overall theme. We'll review the design and explain any adjustments needed to create a cookie we can confidently produce.
For edible imagery, the artwork is printed and transferred onto a smooth royal icing base. Details that appear raised or dimensional in a reference image will appear as printed artwork unless additional decorating has been agreed upon.
Our goal is to establish clear expectations before production and create cookies that are beautiful, achievable, and suited to your celebration. Any design proof or mock-up illustrates the planned design; the finished cookies may vary slightly in color, placement, and detail.

Taking a few extra minutes to review your order details helps us create cookies that meet your expectations.
Before submitting an order request, please carefully read our order guidelines, including lead times, ordering requirements, and pickup or shipping options. This will help you determine whether our services are a good fit for your needs.
Before submitting your final payment, please carefully review the design descriptions on your order invoice. Check the cookie shapes, colors, wording, images, and any noted design adjustments to ensure they reflect your understanding of what we will create.
If anything is unclear, missing, or different from what you expected, please contact us before making your final payment so we can clarify the details and address any discrepancies before production.
We want you to feel confident about your order, and clear communication from the start helps make that possible!
🦃 Thanksgiving Holiday Schedule
Sweet Earline's will be closed Thursday, November 26, through Sunday, November 29, 2026 in observance of Thanksgiving.
We will resume normal hours on Monday, November 30, 2026.
If you need cookies for Thanksgiving weekend, please plan for pickup or shipping before our closure and allow sufficient time for order confirmation.
