A Sweet Summer Update from Sweet Earline's
Hello, Sweet Friends!
Summer has officially begun, and as we welcome the new season, we are also wrapping up what has proven to be our busiest cookie season yet.
From graduations and baby showers to weddings, corporate celebrations, birthdays, retirements, and milestone events, this spring kept us moving in the sweetest way possible. We are incredibly grateful for every order, referral, kind message, and opportunity to be part of your special celebrations.
Your support and continued trust mean so much to us. Every order allows us to do what we love: create custom cookies that help make your celebrations feel thoughtful, personal, and memorable.
Our July Summer Break
As previously shared, Sweet Earline's will be closed for the month of July for our annual summer break.
During this time, we will not be accepting or fulfilling cookie orders. This break gives us time to rest, spend time with family, and prepare for the busy months ahead.
For clients with July events who previously arranged June fulfillment, we will provide storage guidance to help keep your cookies fresh until your event date.
August Orders
We will resume accepting orders for August events, with limited availability as we ease back into production.
If you are planning an August celebration, we strongly encourage you to submit your order request as early as possible. Summer and early fall dates tend to fill quickly, especially for weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, back-to-school celebrations, corporate events, and large custom cookie orders.
Order Timing Reminder

To help us provide the best possible design, production, and packaging experience, please keep the following timing guidelines in mind:

Standard custom cookie orders require a minimum of two weeks' notice.

Large orders of 7 dozen or more require at least 30 days' notice.

Rush orders may be accepted only when our production schedule allows. Rush availability is not guaranteed, and rush orders may be subject to an additional rush fee.
Submitting an order request early gives us enough time to review your design ideas, confirm availability, prepare an accurate invoice, and ensure your order receives the care and attention it deserves.
Custom Design Notes
Sweet Earline's specializes in custom cookies designed for your event theme, colors, logos, and special details.
For logos, business branding, detailed artwork, character images, photographs, or designs that require exact replication, edible imagery is often required to achieve the cleanest and most accurate result.
Hand-iced designs are perfect for themed shapes, florals, lettering, simple illustrations, and coordinating decorative sets.
If you are unsure which option is best for your order, we are happy to guide you once your request form has been submitted.
A Quick Packaging Reminder
All cookies are individually sealed for freshness. Decorative custom bows and tags are also available as an add-on and are a beautiful way to finish favor-style cookies for weddings, showers, birthdays, corporate gifting, and special events.
