Cookies for Events, Organizations, and Large Celebrations

Sweet Earline's offers made-to-order cookies for corporate events, conferences, employee appreciation, schools, nonprofit events, weddings, showers, milestone celebrations, and other large gatherings.

​

Orders of seven dozen or more are considered large orders and require additional planning, production time, and coordination.

​

Our cookies may be created using royal icing, edible printed image elements, or a combination of both. Sweet Earline's will determine the most appropriate decorating method after reviewing the requested design, artwork, and production requirements.​​

 

Large Order Options

​Hand-Decorated Cookies

Our hand-decorated cookies are finished with royal icing and are best suited for:

  • Company colors

  • Lettering and numbers

  • Florals and greenery

  • Shapes and patterns

  • Simple logos or symbols

  • Decorative event themes

Starting at $50 per dozen

Edible Printed Image Cookies

Edible printed image cookies feature professionally printed edible artwork applied to an iced cookie base.

​

This option is best suited for:

  • Detailed company logos

  • Photographs

  • Branded artwork

  • School or organization crests

  • Characters

  • Intricate illustrations

  • Designs requiring greater consistency across a large quantity

Some orders may be completed using a combination of edible printed image elements and royal icing.

​

Starting at $55 per dozen

 

Decorating Method and Artwork Review

Sweet Earline's will determine the most appropriate decorating method after reviewing the submitted artwork and design inspiration.

​

Depending on the order, cookies may include:

  • Royal icing only

  • Edible printed image elements

  • A combination of edible printed images and royal icing

Detailed logos, photographs, characters, and intricate artwork may require edible printed images to achieve a clean, consistent, and professional finished design.

​

Clients should provide the highest-quality logo or image file available. Clear PNG, JPEG, PDF, or vector files are preferred whenever possible.

​

A minimum of 30' days notice is required. We encourage clients to submit large-order requests as early as possible, especially for high-volume orders, detailed artwork, branded packaging, or shipping.

​

How to Place a Large Order

1. Submit a Large Order Request

Complete the Large Order Request Form and provide as much information as possible, including:

  • Event date

  • Requested pickup, shipping, or fulfillment date

  • Total quantity

  • Cookie flavor

  • Event theme

  • Company or organization name

  • Color preferences

  • Requested wording

  • Logo or artwork files

  • Packaging needs

  • Delivery, courier, pickup, or shipping details

Submitting a Large Order Request does not confirm the order or reserve the requested date.

2. Request Review

Sweet Earline's will review the request for:

  • Availability 

  • Production capacity

  • Quantity

  • Design feasibility

  • Artwork quality

  • Packaging requirements

  • Fulfillment method

  • Appropriate decorating method

We may contact the client for clarification or additional information before preparing an invoice.

3. Invoice and Deposit

Approved requests will receive an invoice for review.

​

A 25% nonrefundable deposit is required to confirm the order and reserve the production date.

​

The remaining balance is due no later than two weeks before the confirmed fulfillment date.

​

Orders are not officially confirmed or added to the production calendar until the required deposit has been received.

​

4. Final Approval and Production

Once the deposit has been received, the order will be scheduled for production.

​

All final quantities, flavors, artwork, wording, packaging, and fulfillment details must be approved by the deadlines provided on the invoice or in the order correspondence.

Changes requested after final approval may not be accepted and may result in additional charges.

Large Order Guidelines

  • Large orders begin at seven dozen cookies.

  • Orders must be placed in full-dozen quantities.

  • A minimum of 30 days' notice is required.

  • Orders of 7 to 25 dozen may include up to two flavors, with one flavor selected per dozen.

  • Orders exceeding 25 dozen are limited to one flavor.

  • One flavor must be selected per dozen.

  • Design quantities will be distributed as evenly as possible.

  • A 25% nonrefundable deposit is required to confirm the order and reserve the production date.

  • The remaining balance is due two weeks before the confirmed fulfillment date.

  • A Large Order Production Fee of $5 per dozen applies to orders of seven dozen or more.

  • Maryland sales tax of 6% applies.

  • Pricing is based on quantity, design, decorating method, packaging, artwork requirements, and fulfillment needs.

  • Submitting a request does not guarantee availability or reserve a date.

  • Sweet Earline's reserves the right to decline requests that cannot be completed within the available production schedule. 

 

Corporate and Branded Cookies

Corporate and branded cookies are a great option for:

  • Conferences and conventions

  • Employee appreciation

  • Client gifts

  • Product launches

  • Grand openings

  • Company anniversaries

  • Retirement celebrations

  • Award ceremonies

  • Fundraisers

  • School and university events

  • Nonprofit events

  • Branded gift boxes

Corporate orders may include company colors, logos, slogans, event themes, or a combination of branded and decorative designs.

Because detailed logos require clarity and consistency, they may be produced using edible printed image elements rather than hand-piped royal icing.

Design Inspiration and Logo Requirements

Clients should provide clear design inspiration and artwork showing the desired:

  • Colors

  • Logo

  • Event theme

  • Wording

  • Font style

  • Decorative elements

  • Packaging presentation

Inspiration images are used as visual references only. Sweet Earline's does not guarantee an exact reproduction of another decorator's work.

Final designs may vary based on:

  • Cookie size and shape

  • Artwork quality

  • Available materials

  • Color interpretation

  • Decorating method

  • Production requirements

  • The decorator's artistic interpretation

For logos and branded artwork, clients are responsible for confirming that they have permission to use the submitted images.

​

Sweet Earline's is not responsible for blurry, pixelated, distorted, or low-resolution results caused by poor-quality artwork supplied by the client.

​

Choose one flavor per dozen.

  • Almond Shortbread

  • Blueberries n' Cream

  • Chocolate Chip

  • Cookies n' Cream

  • Double Chocolate

  • Lemon

  • Peanut Butter (*contains nuts)

  • Strawberries n' Cream

  • Vanilla Shortbread

 

Gluten-Free Option

Gluten-free vanilla shortbread is available for an additional $5 per dozen.

Sweet Earline's operates in a kitchen where wheat, dairy, eggs, peanuts, and other allergens may be present. We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens or cross-contact. 

​

Packaging Options​

Cookies are individually wrapped for freshness.

​

Available packaging options may include:

  • Custom bows: $4 per dozen

  • Custom tags: $4 per dozen

  • Three-cookie favor boxes: $17 per dozen boxes

  • Six-cookie gift boxes: $15 per dozen boxes

  • Branded packaging arrangements, when approved in advance

​

Packaging costs are added separately and depend on quantity, materials, availability, and assembly requirements.

​

For large orders, packaging selections and quantities must be finalized before production begins.

​

Pickup, Courier, and Shipping

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available by appointment during the following hours:

  • Monday through Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

  • Saturday: 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.

  • Sunday: Closed

 

Clients should call the business number upon arrival or if there is an unexpected delay.

​

The confirmed pickup date cannot be changed once the order has been finalized. 

​

Third-Party Courier

​Clients may arrange and pay for a third-party courier service. Uber Courier is recommended when available.

​

Sweet Earline's is not responsible for delays, mishandling, damage, temperature exposure, or other delivery issues after the order has been released to the courier.

​

Shipping

Shipping through UPS or FedEx may be available for approved orders.

​

Shipping charges are calculated separately and depend on destination, package size, quantity, service level, and delivery timeframe.

​

The shipping date is the date the order leaves Sweet Earline's. Carrier delivery dates are estimates unless the selected shipping service specifically guarantees delivery.

​

Sweet Earline's is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, incorrect delivery information, or damage occurring after the package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

​

Storage Instructions​

Cookies are individually packaged and may generally be stored at room temperature for one to two weeks.

​

For longer storage, place the sealed cookies inside an airtight container and refrigerate or freeze them.

​

Allow frozen cookies to thaw completely while still sealed to help prevent condensation from affecting the decoration.

 

Cancellations and Changes

Because large orders require advance planning and reserved production time, the initial deposit is nonrefundable.

​

Requests to change the quantity, flavor, design, artwork, packaging, wording, or fulfillment details must be submitted before final approval.

​

Changes requested after final approval:

  • May not be accepted

  • May result in additional charges

  • May require a revised fulfillment date

​

Reductions in quantity after materials or packaging have been purchased may not reduce the final balance due.

​
